Automatic Liquid Level Controller

Our system is a complete automatic pumping system. Once this system is
installed there will be no need for manual supervision for pumping water to
overhead tank.
How it functions:
Our system will be installed in the pump room nearby the starter, sensors are fixed in the ground tank as well as in the overhead tank. The system checks the water level in both the tank and does the pumping automatically.
If there is sufficient water in the ground tank and the water level in overhead tank is below half level (level can be adjusted) then the pump will be Switched ON . When the water in overhead tank reaches the full level, the pump will be Switched OFF.
Let us assume that the water level in overhead tank has not reached the full level but in the mean time the water level in the ground tank reaches the footvalve level then the pump will be Switched OFF automatically. In this way the pumping is done automatically, monitoring the water level of both the tanks.
Features :
Dry run preventer: Even though pump being on, water doesn't reach overhead
tank then pump stops immediately giving audible alarm. Hence avoiding pump to
run dry thereby saving electricity charges.
Single phase preventer: Under the loss of any 1 phase in 3 phase only two phase
are received by the pump. Due to single phase preventer facility, pump stops
automatically, preventing burnout.
Overload protection: In case of surge voltages our system will switch off the
pump. Hence no burnout of winding of pump.
Phase reversal protection: If R Y B phase connection happens to be reversed
then pump will rotate in reverse direction thereby not pumping water. To avoid
this our system will stop the pump immediately.
No wear and tear: No mechanical parts are used due to which there is no wear &
tear. Hence our system work for years without any problem.
Visual indicators: From panel itself one can visualize the level of underground /
overhead tank as well as dryrun, single phase indications can be seen.
Noise free: Our system is made up of electronic components like resistors and
based on circuit board. So it works without any noise.
Low power consumption: The power consumption is only 7 W which is very
negligeable. So no burden of extra electricity charges.
Maintenance free: Since our system does not contain mechanical parts, there is
no need for any maintenance.
Suitable for pump of any rating: Our system is suitable for any pump of any
rating.
